AgentExec processes on-chain micropayments via EIP-3009 USDC authorization over x402 ($0.01 USDC per paid HTTP call). There is no Paddle, card, or app-store purchase. An unpaid request returns HTTP 402 and does not move USDC. A paid request that settles on-chain transfers USDC to the treasury; that transfer is final on Base unless the chain itself is reorganized.
Simulate-only and keyless demo paths do not charge. If a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE was accepted but the gateway failed to serve the paid response, contact the team with the settlement transaction hash via X at @agentexechq for manual review.
